Stage 1

Stage 2

Total time span for this stage is 21 days. The hCG intake starts in this stage, and the intake amount is generally recommended case to case.

Breakfast – You can either have tea and coffee (without sugar and only one spoon of milk) only once in a day. You cant eat sandwiches and breads.

Lunch and Dinner – You can have the following for lunch and dinner. 90-100 grams of veal, beef, chicken, white fish, lobsters, crab and shrimp. You need to remove all the visible fat before cooking. Just grilling or frying the food without adding any additional fat content is expected. For bread, you can have one bread stick or a Melba toast. If you are a vegetarian, you can have any of the following vegetables – spinach, chard, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, radish, cabbage, cucumbers.

Snacks: For snacks, prefer eating fruits like apples, grapefruit, strawberries or oranges.

Remember the daily calorie intake allowed is 500.

Stage 3

In this stabilization phase, you will start getting results here, in this phase. So now you can increase the calorie intake slowly and gradually.
